Overview

Assist maintenance employees in coordinating repairs. Cycle counting, tracking warehouse inventory, receiving, and issuing parts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track repairs
• Communicate with vendors and maintenance
• Prepare and accept deliveries
• Check in products/place into proper stocking locations
• Pick/issue parts to appropriate departments
• Perform cycle count and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist employees and contractors with warehouse parts
• Operate crane and forklift
• Vacation coverage for coworkers (including swing shift when necessary)
• Job will entail other miscellaneous tasks.

Qualifications

Required: 

• A strong focus on safety
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment both individually and with a team
• Strong multitasking skills
• Self-starter
• Must be physically able to lift heavy parts
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Proficient use of computers and programs.

Preferred: 

• Knowledge of CMMS inventory systems
• Crane and/or Forklift certifications
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic parts
