As a Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet the business needs of our organization. You will work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient CPQ solutions. Your expertise in Salesforce CPQ configuration, customization, and integration will drive the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.

How You'll Make a Difference

• Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions. Design and architect CPQ solutions that align with best practices and meet business objectives.
• Configuration and Customization: Configure Salesforce CPQ to support complex pricing models, product configurations, discounting strategies, and quoting processes. Customize CPQ functionalities using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Integration: Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other systems and applications such as ERP, CRM, billing, and eCommerce platforms. Design and implement seamless data flows and processes between Salesforce CPQ and external systems.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and stakeholders. Mentor junior developers and share best practices related to Salesforce CPQ development and implementation.
• Optimization and Performance Tuning: Continuously optimize and improve existing Salesforce CPQ solutions to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience. Identify and address performance bottlenecks and system limitations.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce CPQ configurations, customizations, and integrations to ensure high quality and reliability. Develop and execute test plans and scenarios to validate system functionality and data integrity.
• Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation including solution designs, technical specifications, and user guides. Conduct training sessions for end users and administrators to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce CPQ capabilities.

Who You Are 

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Extensive experience (5+ years) in designing, implementing, and customizing Salesforce CPQ solutions.
• Proficiency in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of pricing and quoting processes, revenue recognition principles, and CPQ best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ integrations with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. Base Pay Range For US Locations:$132,000—$198,000 USD
