What You’ll Do:
As Medical Director, you’ll be more than a veterinarian—you’ll be a visionary, a mentor, and a community leader. You’ll guide our clinical team, shape our medical standards, and ensure every patient—whether furry, feathered, or hooved—receives the gold standard of care.
Your Impact:
- Lead and inspire a compassionate, collaborative veterinary team
- Drive hospital protocols and medical standards to excellence
- Mentor associates and support staff through hands-on leadership and coaching
- Deliver outstanding care in small and large animal medicine
- Foster strong client relationships through trust, communication, and education
- Help steer business strategy and community outreach with clinic leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- DVM or equivalent with 3+ years of clinical experience
- Proven leadership, management, or mentorship experience
- Comfortable with both small and large animal medicine (mixed-animal background preferred)
- Texas veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
- Passion for rural veterinary medicine and community engagement
