Senior Product Software Engineer - Tech Lead C++

We are looking for a seasoned and hands-on Technical Lead with deep expertise in C++ to join our dynamic team. In this onsite, client-facing role, you will act as the primary technical liaison, working closely with the client’s support and product teams while guiding offshore development teams. Your leadership will be key in driving technical excellence, resolving complex challenges, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Your role

·       Act as the onsite technical lead and primary point of contact for client engagements.

·       Collaborate with offshore development teams to ensure seamless alignment on architecture, design, and implementation.

·       Lead technical assessments, identify bottlenecks, and drive resolution strategies.

·       Provide technical mentorship and enforce best practices in C++ development.

·       Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions.

·       Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural planning.

Your skills and experience

·       8+ years of hands-on experience in C++ development, including modern C++ standards (C++11 and above).

·       Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing client relationships.

·       Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system integration.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

·       Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.

Preferred Skills

·       Experience with multithreading, memory management, and performance optimization in C++.

·       Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and Agile methodologies.

·       Exposure to Linux/Unix environments and scripting languages is a plus.

·       Prior experience in client-facing roles or working in a global delivery model.
