Broadridge is Hiring. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Client Migration Professional to join our team. As a mid-level professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth client transitions, data integrity, and efficient project execution. Your expertise in business analysis, agile methodologies, and data mapping will be essential for success in this role.

Work-Mode: This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.  

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, and operations, to understand client migration requirements and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough business analysis to identify pain points, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with agile principles and project milestones.
  • Agile project management: Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
  • Data mapping: Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring accurate data migration between systems.
  • Work closely with back-office and brokerage teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and offboarding.
  • Quality assurance: Validate data accuracy during migration and post-migration testing.
  • Collaborate with development teams to address any issues or discrepancies.
  • Provide training and support to end-users during the migration process.
  • Document processes, procedures, and best practices related to client migration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as IIBA, PMP, SCRUM, CSPO, or CSM are a plus.
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience with specific experience supporting back-office / brokerage client migrations
  • Technical Skills:
    • Some understanding of SQL for data querying and analysis.
    • Familiarity with brokerage and back-office systems; specific knowledge of Broadridge BPS a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Business Acumen:
    • Solid understanding of financial services concepts and products.
    • Ability to assess and improve business processes.
    • Experience with document management processes and tools.
  • Agile Mindset:
    • Passionate about solving customer and business problems.
    • Familiarity with Aha!,  JIRA, Confluence, and other agile work management tools.
    • Exposure to Scrum and other agile methodologies.
