Conserva Irrigation is hiring career minded, self starters to join our team.  If you are hardworking with a great attitude and a desire to grow from within an organization- apply today.  Ideal candidates will have basic skill sets that include replacing sprinkler heads and nozzles, fixing line leaks, installing rain sensors, reprogramming controllers and understanding our flagging regimen.  Will also train those eager to learn!

• $19-23/hr plus commission based on experience

TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build Customer relationships through honest communication
• Identify current irrigation issues and prepare customer proposals for repairs.
• Replace irrigation heads and nozzles
• Fix drip, lateral and mainline leaks
• Move irrigation heads to improve system design
• Install rain sensors and controllers
• Perform residential and commercial system repairs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have current drivers license
• Must be 21 yrs old
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Position requires frequent bending, stooping, kneeling,  and occasional heavy lifting.

   Compensation: $19.00 per hour
