General Superintendent - Solar Electrical

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Champion Standard Work, especially in Safety and Quality.

• Ensure Standard Work, Sequence, and Flow are followed on all projects.

• Assist site management with technical training and leadership development.

• Coordinate with other leadership on personnel placement and hiring decisions.

• Serve as a consultant to site teams on technical aspects.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• A four-year degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field; or equivalent education and experience.

• Minimum of seven years of experience in leading and supervising construction teams.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.

• Understanding of applicable OSHA regulations for construction projects.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other analytical tools.

$145,181.00 - $210,512.75 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
