A DAY IN THE LIFE
Champion Standard Work, especially in Safety and Quality.
Ensure Standard Work, Sequence, and Flow are followed on all projects.
Assist site management with technical training and leadership development.
Coordinate with other leadership on personnel placement and hiring decisions.
Serve as a consultant to site teams on technical aspects.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
A four-year degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field; or equivalent education and experience.
Minimum of seven years of experience in leading and supervising construction teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
Understanding of applicable OSHA regulations for construction projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other analytical tools.

Experience in the Solar industry.
Persuasive, persistent, and motivated by challenge and change.
Strategic thinking about the company’s long-term business strategy.
Knowledge of electric substation, power plant, and solar methods.
Ability to support both union and non-union workforces.
