External Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Minimum Knowledge, skills, education/training, experience, and physical obligations:
Bachelor’s Degree required
A minimum of 5 years of progressive warehouse management experience is required
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Strong Customer Service skills are required
Prior experience working for a distributor, 3PL company, or a retailer with an automated order processing system is required
Experience in a union environment and negotiations. 
Proven ability to successfully manage change Experience setting up and managing budgets

Preferred minimum knowledge, skills, education/training, and experience, physical obligations:
Training in Six Sigma or Lean is highly preferred
Prior experience with WMS is a plus
Prior experience with SAP software is highly preferred 10 or more years of progressive warehouse management
