Job Description
Are you interested in a career in advanced semiconductor manufacturing? Analog Devices is seeking motivated Manufacturing Team Members to join our manufacturing operations in Camas, Washington. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play an important role in producing the high-performance semiconductor products that enable innovation across industrial, automotive, communications, healthcare, and consumer technologies.
Working in a highly controlled manufacturing environment, you will operate production equipment, perform quality inspections, and support safe, efficient manufacturing processes while contributing to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Operate manufacturing equipment in accordance with established specifications and standard operating procedures.
- Process products through assigned manufacturing operations while meeting daily production objectives.
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet established quality standards.
- Accurately record production data and update manufacturing systems to maintain data integrity.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report equipment or process issues as needed.
- Follow all safety, quality, material handling, and manufacturing procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Support the training of new employees as required.
Work Environment
This position is performed in a controlled manufacturing environment. Depending on the assigned work area, employees may be required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow clean manufacturing protocols to ensure product quality and safety.
Schedule
The Camas manufacturing facility operates using compressed work week (CWW) schedules. Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential. All schedules include weekend work.
Available shifts include:
- N1 Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Qualifications
Minimum Education
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
