Senior/Principal UX Designer

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who has a strong understanding of game user experiences, UX design fundamentals, and modern trends in game UX and UI development. They are self motivated and enjoy collaborating with multiple teams to achieve highly functional UI designs that fulfill both design and art goals.

What you will be doing:

• Work with the Design team to create UI flows and mockups based on current designs via wireframes and documentation
• Ensure game systems are designed and developed in such a way that they can be clearly understood by players while meeting game and product design goals
• Develop and iterate on our UX feedback process
• Collaborate with the Art team to meet both game and art needs
• Effectively communicate designs and reasonings behind them
• Review implemented features to ensure UX design goals are met
• Gather and analyze feedback from internal and external sources

The skills you need:

• 5+ years of video game UX Design experience
• Wide range of knowledge on various UX examples and trends
• Experience with both mobile and PC UX strategies
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency with Figma or other industry standard UX mockup tools
• Self-motivated and proactive with little need of oversight
• Collaborative mindset that seeks to arrive at the right solution above all else

Additional skills that would make you shine:

• Experience in Unity
• Strong UI implementation skills
• Experience with progression and monetization design
• Passion for RPGs
