WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop and scale Back Market’s internal AI tools, accelerating the deployment of new machine learning and genAI use cases.
• A strong focus will be placed on our new genAI platform that allows us to serve LLM-based services in production
• Collaborate with various teams to design and implement AI-driven features and tools, fostering an AI-centric culture within the company.
• Enhance customer claims management by applying genAI and NLP technologies.
• Oversee the performance of genAI solutions in production, ensuring model accuracy and reliability.
• Support data scientists in refining existing machine learning models for predicting product defects and customer claims.
• Lead the adoption of MLOps best practices, driving innovation and efficiency.
• Promote a culture of open communication and continuous improvement, valuing feedback and collaboration among team members.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM

• Proven expertise in Software Engineering and Machine Learning Engineering.
• Experience deploying machine learning models in a production environment with Agile methodologies.
• A passion for ML/AI and the will to continuously learn in this fast evolving industry
• A curious and proactive mindset, with a humble heart and a strong sense of team spirit.
• Familiarity with Clean Code, TDD and Domain Driven Design is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Enthusiasm for our tech stack, including Python, Gradient-boosting trees, Langchain, Pandas, Airflow, MLflow, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and Datadog.
• A love for good food and culinary experiences is a bonus!
