Food Runner-Busser

Job Description:

 

To assist the F & B supervisor in delivering orders to the various food & beverage outlets on the property. Help the supervisor maintain adequate inventory levels and perform assigned tasks to help maintain operational standards, in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• ·         Follow F & B supervisor assignments for opening and closing standard procedures.
• ·         Present a cooperative work attitude and cheerfully accept job responsibilities.
• ·         Deliver stock to all outlets.
• ·         Learn the correct containers and food products used in outlets.
• ·         Properly clean all outlets as assigned.
• ·         Report all needed repairs to the F & B supervisor
• ·         Shows flexibility in rotating to other areas as assigned.
• ·         Must Role Model Company guest service program.
• ·         Performs various assigned duties.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• ·         High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Prior experience in guest service environment preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a New York State Gaming License.

Other:

• ·         Report to work on a timely basis and in complete uniform.  Personal appearance should be neat and clean.
• ·         Be pleasant and friendly. Enjoy working with people.
• ·         Able to lift and carry up to thirty pounds occasionally.
• ·         Weekends, Holidays and swing shift work may be required.
