Responsibilities include:
- Access, design, implementation, and evaluation of sales product knowledge, selling skills training programs for the field sales and sales leadership teams.
- Facilitate innovative, interactive training designed for immediate application of clinical and administrative based selling in the field, including virtual, classroom, and large group formats such as national sales meetings.
- Provide timely updates to course curricula to reflect changes in product offerings and market demands.
- Continuously analyze sales team performance to evaluate the effectiveness of training and design follow-up programs as needed.
- Develop, write, and coordinate training materials as needed.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product management and other groups to train and execute new selling tools.
- Serve as subject matter expert related to sales training best practices and incorporate them into sales training strategies and programs.
- Coach, develop, and inspire sales team members to deliver the best results possible.
- May oversee a staff of sales trainers.
Successful candidates must have/be:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of sales and/or sales training experience in the healthcare and medical device market
- 5 years management experience.
- Sales enablement experience preferred
- Radiation Oncology Industry experience preferred
- Ability to rapidly convert instructor-led materials into highly interactive, engaging, and meaningful e-Learning content
- Ability to create and/or enhance instructor-led materials to design and develop engaging presentations, content, role plays, and system scenarios and exercises
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Knowledge and experience in training sales associates and managing the effective use of Customer Management Relationship (CRM) tools (Salesforce.com) and reporting tools
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and motivational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, written, and visual communication skills
- Creative, autonomous professional with a strong work ethic and time management skills who can manage multiple priorities and drive organizational change that will result in measurable performance improvements

The annual base pay for this position is:
Min $139,800 - Max $209,600Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
