Continuant is a global voice, telephony, and collaboration tools managed service provider (MSP) specializing in maintenance and migration, Microsoft Teams Calling and Meeting Rooms (via our Connect solutions), and Audio Video systems.
We’re looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to assist our supply chain team. You will be helping ensure our inventory, purchasing orders, and vendor databases are accurately maintained and updated. As Purchasing Coordinator, your role is critical in helping our organization’s expansion of our global vendor footprint. You’ll also have opportunities to learn some new skills; deepening your excel knowledge, developing negotiating skills, and investing in process improvement.

Schedule and Pay:
You will be working weekdays (Monday to Friday) 7:00am – 4:00pm, in-person at our Fife, WA headquarters. Salary starts at $40,000/year. When your 3-month probation is over, you will receive benefits including a $150/month commuter bonus and $100/month fitness fund to be used for fitness activities.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist in Purchasing Administration
- Maintain vendor and inventory databases
- Process requisitions for supplies
- Process internal customer requests
- Provide on-call support for the Purchasing team
- Issue vendor purchase orders as directed
- Maintain working knowledge of purchasing policies, processes, and procedures
- Receiving and issuing equipment, order fulfilment, and inventory management

Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of previous working experience within purchasing or supply chain.
- 1+ years experience in high volume customer service or professional administrative role.
- 1+ years experience working in product database and working with excel.
- High school diploma or GED; Associates preferred.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.) with strong Excel skills.
- Mathematical aptitude
- Ability to build relationships with team, clients, and vendors
