Isaiah House is looking for a dedicated and driven person to take on the role of Recovery Life Center Director in Harrodsburg, KY.

Community
· Work to build community advocacy and programs to assist clients in community engagement, participation and treatment and recovery awareness
· Collaborate with education partners, community organizations, local government business leaders, healthcare providers, and other treatment programs to ensure the Center's programs are relevant and impactful to clients
· Develop partnership with community organizations to the hold meetings that address the needs of those in addiction recovery in the community and Isaiah House
· schedule regular meetings with community organizations To better market, develop, and facilitate programs.
· Gather information to complete reports as required for grant compliance
· Provide the Director of Education, Workforce, and Grants Administration with data and anecdotal information about the program involvement, successes, and needs for improvement.
Education
· Schedule and successfully implement the Shelly Center’s weekly trainings, workshops, and classes from Goodwill Industries, Bluegrass Area Development District, KCTCS, and Mercer County Adult Education.
· Collaborate with treatment teams, including therapists, and medical professionals to ensure that education is integrated into the treatment plan.
· Attend on site pre-vocational, vocational, and college courses to supervise their implementation.
· Provide the Director of Education, Workforce, and Grants Administration with attendance records and evaluation forms from the pre-vocational workshops administered by Goodwill Industries, Bluegrass Area Development District, and Mercer County Adult Education.
Workforce
· Schedule meetings with business organizations and employers to develop partnerships that will lead to the employment of Isaiah House clients.
· Collaborate with applicable IH departments to determine clients' job readiness, appropriate job settings, and to evaluate each client's performance monthly.
· Build a logistics plan to ensure consistent transportation, IH client services, and other client needs are met to ensure their success in the workplace.
· Meet regularly with business owners/managers to assess continued workplace suitability for those in recovery.
