Schedule Details/Additional Information:

Monday thru Friday but needs to be available 7 days a week for call offs.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Ensures effective and quality patient care services
  • Patient satisfaction with services and health care
  • Ensures effective management of staff in achieving goals of the practice
  • Effective leadership in practice participation.
  • Provides direct patient care if needed to support the team’s delivery of quality patient care.

Licensure:

  • Nurse, Registered (RN)

Education/Experience Required:

  • Associate’s degree in nursing plus 5-7 years nursing experience or BSN plus 3-5 years nursing experience.
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Appropriate clinical skills. Excellent communications skills
  • Current Illinois License as registered nurse CPR Certification
