About the role

Summary

The Senior Coordinator, Business Operations supports operational, strategic, and technology-driven initiatives across the Centralized Operations Support Hub (COSH) and TCHATT MD within the Texas Child Mental Health Care Consortium. Coordinates and leads cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and statewide behavioral health priorities. This position facilitates clear and consistent communication among internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and successful execution.

Plays a critical role in supporting process improvement, operational efficiency, and program expansion efforts by assisting with implementation planning, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for optimization across complex, multi-site programs.

Job Duties

  • Leads work with Welnity to manage projects for full project cycle including working with stakeholders to lead workgroups, work with vendor to monitor project completion, and train teams for execution. 
  • Supports work for TCHATT Trayt projects, including communication with vendors, stakeholders, funders and project leaders.    
  • Coordinates and tracks operational and technology related projects across consortium initiatives and statewide programs.
  • Monitors project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to support successful implementation and operational continuity.
  • Facilitates communication and coordination among internal leadership, participating institutions, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepares and maintains project documentation, implementation trackers, meeting materials, and status reports.
  • Supports project meetings by coordinating agendas, documenting action items, and tracking follow up activities.
  • Assists in monitoring project risks, barriers, and implementation issues and escalate concerns as appropriate.
  • Supports reporting and data collection activities related to consortium deliverables and operational objectives.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Four years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, information systems, project management, or related field.
  • Two years of project management experience.
