Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a Customer Service and Sales Associate to join our promotions team in the local area. Our firm is dedicated to creating success for our business partners and team members by supporting the vision of our consumer products and retail partners. Due to the addition of new clients and events in the local area, we are hiring new associates to join our team immediately!

Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy Development: Assist the Promotions Team in creating and executing effective marketing strategies for each event.
• Event Coordination: Coordinate event activities, including setup, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
• Sales Processing: Process, generate, and track event sales to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
• Logistics Management: Oversee event logistics, timelines, and schedules to ensure smooth execution.
• Event Management: Serve as the Event Manager when necessary, leading the team to success during events.

Requirements:

• Industry Interest: Strong desire to work in the retail, sales, marketing, or promotions fields.
• Experience: At least one year of experience in the beauty, sales, or retail industries.
• Availability: Ability to work retail hours consistently and reliably.
