This role leads functional design, configuration governance, reconciliation oversight, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure projects are properly established, managed, billed, capitalized, and closed in alignment with organizational policies and regulatory standards.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the functional design and governance of Oracle Project Accounting modules, including project creation, budgeting, cost collection, revenue methods, billing setups, and project‑close processes</li> <li>Ensure project structures, templates, burden schedules, expenditure types, and cost rules meet compliance and financial‑policy requirements</li> <li>Direct the end‑to‑end financial‑closeout cycle including cost finalization, revenue recognition, billing completion, asset capitalization, and contract close</li> <li>Partner with finance, supply chain, contracts, and technical teams to support accurate project setup and execution</li> <li>Oversee reconciliation activities between Project Accounting, GL, Billing, Costing, and Fixed Assets</li> <li>Lead testing cycles (SIT, UAT) for project‑accounting configurations and enhancements</li> <li>Provide governance for project‑related integrations and data flows across enterprise modules</li> <li>Support auditing, compliance reviews, and documentation updates for project‑financial proc
