The Sales Manager is responsible for the overall success of the department, controlling costs, building a loyal clientele, maintaining good employee relations, setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the dealership's website with up-to-date vehicle specifications and
• Availability
• Negotiating and closing car deals 
• Manage Internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance
• Meet sales and customer goals and objectives as defined by the General Manager
• Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of
• vehicles
• Disclose terms of sales with consumers and review sales with dealership management
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival, ensure that
• the customer understands their vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork
• Coordinate with the Marketing Department to update the website and create Internet
• promotions and advertisements
• Lead and motivate the Sales team
