We are looking to hire a Senior Director of Technical Infrastructure Project Management for the GCIS team. In this role you will be responsible for project and program oversight to support the strategic initiatives within GCIS: This includes:
Project Management of critical initiatives as well as large scale initiatives, multi platform, multi year, i.e. end of life
Governance and oversight for the GCIS project intake process
Coordination and facilitation of Critical Project Status Meetings
Support for JIRA Service Desk tool
Project status reporting
Risk management of strategic initiatives
Tracking open issues and remediation to closure
Communication both internal and external
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of Technical Project Management experience supporting an infrastructure team
Ability to manage large scale projects that cross multiple technical platforms
Ability to drive momentum across the organization
Knowledge/experience with Agile and Kanban methodologies
Knowledge/experience of Compute, Storage, Network, Server, Cloud is needed
Project Management certifications a plus
Experience with Confluence and JIRA/JIRA Service Desk
Experience with vendor/contract relationship management
Excellent written and verbal skills
