We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Midlothian, VA. We offer competitive pay and an attractive benefits package. The ideal candidate will use strong analytical skills, while possessing a problem-solving attitude and a strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Complete all accounts receivable tasks, including processing of daily deposits, daily customer invoicing and all collection calls/correspondence
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, communicating to internal and external customers 
• Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and other various software, as needed
• Organize financial data into usable information while maintaining updated and accurate records
• Complete all accounts receivable tasks, including timely processing of vendor invoices for approval
• Reconciling vendor accounts monthly 
• Ensure compliance with company procedures

 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Accounting, preferably in Accounts Receivables 
• Strong knowledge and experience with QuickBooks
• Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations
• Strong computer skills, with emphasis in MS Excel to create charts, manage spreadsheets and use advanced formulas
• Excellent analytical skills to effectively manage large amounts of data
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
