About the team: You will be a part of the Business Development function and the Qualification, Communication & Transaction Cluster, both teams report into the COO of mobile.de.

We are looking for you to join our team as a Leasing Domain Lead (d/f/m) - 12 months contract (maternity leave cover)

What you'll do:

• Strengthen the Leasing strategy to set the strategic direction for one of the main digital retail services in close collaboration with C-level and leadership team members, bring clarity and directions to the teams and thus ensure successful execution

• Guide a x-functional team to learn and build fast (remove barriers, process challenges etc.) and use experiences and skills from the entire team

• Prepare presentations and business model calculations for the management team

• Ensure functional excellence in Business and Product Discovery, focusing on

  • the definition, guidance and accountability for the main Goals

  • the evaluation of new options to grow and improve our Financing and Leasing experience and implementation of experiments to validate key hypotheses

• This is a hybrid job opportunity with the expectation to join the office in Berlin on regular base for in-person workshops and social gatherings

Who you are:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience within a comparable setting, such as e-commerce, consulting, company builder or startup

• Experience in identifying and hands-on developing new business opportunities

• Master’s degree or similar

• Track record in project planning, steering and execution

• From strategy to execution: You don’t just build concepts, you test the underlying ideas and bring them live

• Fast apprehension, prioritization skills and data-driven approach

• Independent work ethic and capacity to deal with ambiguity in a fluid environment

• Teammate with high personal engagement

• Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and German

• High proficiency in Google Workspace
