Are you the person we’re looking for?
Related experience. You’ve spent at least 5 years in compensation and mobility functions, with in-depth knowledge of the US and global market practices. You’ve been involved in End of Year compensation processes such as Merit, bonus and incentive design and payout, Long Term Incentive administration, and salary structure maintenance. You’ve also had the opportunity to support mobility functions, having proficient knowledge of the laws and regulations that govern employees’ mobility and immigration initiatives. You’ve built and presented comprehensive budget models in Excel that you use to make recommendations that are backed by data.
Influence change. You take the initiative to understand the business and market trends. You form quality, robust recommendations through the knowledge you acquire, data sources, and existing processes – and you use those recommendations to create scalable solutions that will help immediately and in the future. Because of the transparency, authenticity, humility, and knowledge you bring, your peers, partners, and business leaders trust the information you provide to influence key decisions.
Initiative. You don’t wait around for things to happen or for your manager to tell you what to do. You’re not only proactive about completing your own work, but when you sense the need to introduce a project that will benefit the team or the organization -- even if it’s outside your scope of work -- you put a proposal together, talk to the team about it, and own it. And that also goes back to having an entrepreneurial spirit.
Quality oriented. You rarely make mistakes because you have good processes in place to ensure that every detail is correct. But in those rare occasions when errors are realized (let’s face it, it happens to the best of us from time to time), you own them, correct them, learn from them, and then quickly adjust and communicate processes to ensure the same mistake doesn’t happen twice.
Analytical thinker and creative problem solver. You’re able to see issues holistically and follow the flow of the stack to get to the root of the matter -- a key skill in this role. But where you really shine is with your ability to identify creativ
