Mondays to Fridays, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Cyprus Time

You will be part of the founding technical team, helping to lay the groundwork for a robust and extensible development ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:

Web Platform & Landing Page Development
Build and maintain responsive, high-performing marketing sites and user-facing applications using Vue.js and Nuxt with clean code and reusable components.
Code Quality & Testing
Deliver production-ready code that is readable, scalable, and testable. Emphasis on writing clean code that minimizes QA overhead and supports fast iteration.
Agile Collaboration
Work within a lean, agile development cycle, contributing to sprint planning, estimates, and peer reviews. Collaborate across product, design, and backend teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
Project Ownership
Participate in self-organized planning, proactively manage timelines, and take initiative in shaping technical priorities.
Core Platform Contributions
Engage in continuous improvement of internal tools, developer workflows, and platform architecture as part of the foundational engineering team.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Vue.js and Nuxt (including SSR, routing, and store management)
Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience integrating REST APIs or GraphQL endpoints
Familiarity with Git version control and modern build tools

Soft Skills:

Excellent English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and UX sensibility
Self-directed and organized with excellent time and task management skills

Nice to Have (but not required):

Exposure to backend frameworks or willingness to expand into full-stack development
Experience with security best practices (important in fintech)
Prior work in a regulated or high-compliance environment (finance, healthcare, etc.)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Docker workflows
