Shift: Fri-Sat 2300-0700, Sun-Mon 2230-0630, Thu 1430-2230

Job Duties:

• Safeguard the personnel and property of the client from safety and security hazards
• Enforce the client’s safety and security policies
• Monitor multiple systems including but not limited to, alarm monitoring interface, network video surveillance systems and multiple communication mediums, including IP Telephony, instant messaging (including SMS), email administration, and Voice over IP (Radio).

Position Requirements: 

• 18 years of age or older  
• High School Diploma or GED Required  
• Intermediate computer / technology skills needed 
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus 
• Customer service background preferred 
• Must be professional and comfortable working in a fast-paced/high stress environment
• Must be proactive and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task

All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check
