We invite you to become part of our dynamic team, where you will be responsible for critical reporting and dashboard management, supporting global initiatives such as EY Ripples, travel emissions reduction, and corporate social responsibility programs.

Your key responsibilities
- EY Ripples Reporting
- Assist with quarterly reporting by entering participant data into EY tools.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of submissions.
- Greenhouse Gas Emissions & Travel Dashboards
- Collect and clean travel data (with a focus on EY France).
- Update and improve travel dashboards twice per month, ensuring data integrity.
- Enablon Reporting
- Support quarterly submissions for global ESG reporting.
- Training Tracking
- Monitor employee training completion rates.
- Prepare follow-up lists to ensure compliance and engagement.
- Philanthropy & Sponsorship Administration - Support new and recurring requests related to:
- PACE – skills-based philanthropy
- BRIDGE – financial sponsorships & philanthropic partnerships
- ARIBA – including collaborations such as Opéra National de Paris
- Financial & Administrative Follow-Up
- Track purchase orders and payments for donations and services.
- Maintain a master document summarizing sponsorships and philanthropic engagements (agreements, contributions, hours, values).
- Manage the signature process and archive validated agreements.
- Organize and track fiscal receipts to ensure transparency and compliance.
Skills and attributes for success
- You are fluent in French language (written and oral)
- You have a good English knowledge (written and oral) at least B1 level
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- You are very proactive and open minded
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Excellent communications and strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to manage recurring reporting deadlines and coordinate across multiple teams
- You are detail oriented and eager to analyse and solve complex process cases
