2nd & 3rd shift Production

Parallel Employment is excited to announce openings for 2nd & 3rd shift Production positions at our client facility. As a Production Worker, you will play an essential role in the manufacturing process, assisting in the assembly and ensuring that products meet the quality standards set by the company. This fast-paced environment requires team members who are detail-oriented and capable of following specific procedures to maintain production efficiency.

Hours:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm to 11:15pm, ($16.50 per hour, plus $1.00 shift differential=$17.50 per hour)
• 3rd Shift: 11:00pm to 7:15am ($16.50 per hour, plus $2.00 shift differential=$18.50 per hour)

Requirements

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Dependability and a strong work ethic are critical for this role.
• Trim flash off finished product with knife (PPE provided)
• Keep Plastic Injection Molding Machine Running at all times
• Inspect roofing product prior to placing/stacking on pallet
• Stack with consistent pattern on pallets
• Monitor materials (raw) in hopper at all times
