Role Overview:
As an Assistant Maintenance Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the daily operations of our facilities. You’ll be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements, balancing multiple tasks, and adapting to evolving needs. Your ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, supervisors, and external partners will ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and the delivery of exceptional maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Morning Briefing: Begin with a team meeting to set priorities, review safety updates, and address ongoing maintenance issues.
- Work Orders Management: Evaluate, prioritize, and delegate work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Facility Walkthrough: Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs, equipment issues, safety hazards, and ensure cleanliness.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations established by Cushman & Wakefield and relevant authorities.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to find improvement opportunities and generate reports for management.
- Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and support maintenance technicians, conduct performance reviews, and provide training and development.
Qualifications:
- Leadership Experience: At least 3 years in a leadership position, demonstrating experience in managing KPIs and maintenance programs. Strong ability to lead and motivate a team is essential.
- Safety Knowledge: In-depth understanding of safety standards, regulations, and best practices in maintenance. Experience in safety training and audits is preferred.
- Education Requirements: A 4-year degree with 3 years of leadership experience, or at least 5 years of leadership experience in place of a degree. Relevant degrees or certifications in mechanical or electrical engineering, facilities management, or related fields are beneficial.
- MUST have conveyor and robotic maintenance experience
Compensation and Schedule:
- Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, plus a 10% bonus incentive.
- Shifts: Wednesday to Saturday 4pm to 4am
