<p>Be our next Hero! - Join the world’s leading local delivery platform.</p><p></p><p>We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Logistics Operations (all genders) to join the Rider Growth team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.</p><p></p><p>If you're a creative problem solver who is hungry for a new adventure, an international workplace is waiting for you in the heart of Berlin!</p><p></p><p>Your mission: </p><ul><li><p>You own core rider lifecycle metrics (like activated to adopted and engagement rate) and perform data mining to drive improvements for our products and services across DH entities</p></li><li><p>You will (co-)create and analyze reports together with local teams and present insights to the relevant stakeholders </p></li><li><p>You will develop action plans to enhance rider lifecycle funnel performance metrics based on discovered trends</p></li><li><p>You take ownership of the Rider Lifecycle Domain within the Rider Growth team</p></li><li><p>You conduct competitive industry research to benchmark internal results</p></li><li><p>You help Identify best practices and help share these across the entities  </p></li></ul><p></p><p>Your heroic skills: </p><ul><li><p>You gained 4-5  years of professional experience working within a strategy, consulting or product in a fast-paced and dynamic environment</p></li><li><p>You are data-driven and have exceptional analytic skills with strong attention to detail as well as a hands-on mentality </p></li><li><p>Strong ability to analyze highly complex data, from multiple sources, in detail </p></li><li><p>You are knowledgeable of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Data Studio).
