Location

Even though our company operates exclusively on a remote basis, you are required to reside in and have legal work eligibility within one of the specified countries: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Ukraine, United Kingdom.

About

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Growth Frontend Software Engineer to join our Autopilot Growth team. As a key player, you will contribute to our success by leveraging your technical expertise and driving growth initiatives through software development. Together, we will continuously learn who our customers are, how they behave, and what they need. Through that process, we will make our application more valuable for our customers and will help them discover the value quickly and efficiently.

 

You will

• Design, develop, test, and manage growth experiments across the application. Balance quality and speed of delivery to enable fast experimentation cycles
• Work in a cross-function team with a Product Manager, Designer, Data Scientist, and other engineers to identify opportunities, and implement strategies for continuous improvement
• Observe user behaviour using analytics tools
• Utilize A/B testing in experiments to identify the best ways to drive user engagement
• Gain in-depth product knowledge and become familiar with the software localization process over the globe

You must have

• 5+ years of frontend development experience, with proficiency in Vanilla JS, TypeScript, React, React Hooks, CSS3, and HTML5
•  Data-driven mindset by following a quantitative and qualitative research approach
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a solid ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic remote startup environment
• A passion for learning, growth, and continuous improvement, staying up to date with industry trends and advancements
• Proven experience in front-end testing, including unit and integration
• Proven experience working with REST APIs and integrating with back-end systems
• Solid understanding of version control systems, with proficiency in Git
• Working knowledge of English

It will be considered a significant advantage if you bring

• Experience with analytics tools (Amplitude, GA4) and data visualization
• Experience working with Node.js 
• Experience implementing E2E tests
• Experience working with MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB
• Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• Previous experience in the Localisation industry
