LINE COOK RESPONSIBILITIES

 include but are not limited to:

Responsible for cleaning your personal workspace to ensure a pristine prep station
Adhere to health codes and safety regulations daily by checking the cleanliness of storage areas and food prep
Communicate with the chef regarding any assistance with kitchen support, management or any BOH needs
Collaborate with servers to ensure that orders are completed on time and according to requests
Demonstrate and emphasize the importance of recipe consistency to maintain the quality of each dish per Bottega Louie standards
Perform station opening, closing and side work duties for each shift and always check out with the manager on duty
Demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, enthusiasm, initiative and have exceptional communication skills
Understand and embody the Bottega Louie lifestyle, mission and brand

COMPENSATION 

Top performers earn approximately $20.00 - $26.00/hour including tips (based on recent average sales data and depending on volume and performance)
$18.00 - $22.00 of hourly compensation + $2.00 - $4.00 of tips (based on recent average top 25% of sales data)
Our top Line Cook last period made $26.00 per hour including tips 
Tip pool participation subject to California Labor Code & Fair Labor & Standards Act
Health Benefits 
48 Hours Paid Sick Leave per year (Accrues at a rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked subject to an 80 hour cap)
