Senior Sales Manager

Description

Massivit 3D is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to expand and support our commercial activities across the US and likely support Latin American markets. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role, ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, global B2B environment. The ideal candidate will be based in California, fluent in English and Spanish, and possess a deep understanding of industrial capital equipment sales or related sectors.

 Key Responsibilities

• Execute the regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth in alignment with company goals.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and prospects across key verticals such as manufacturing, automotive, entertainment, and aerospace.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate growth in both mature markets (e.g., US, Canada) and developing markets (likely Latin America).
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, product, and service to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment.
• Provide accurate pipeline reporting, sales forecasts, and market insights to leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hardware sales experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience in 3D Printing machines sales
• Proven success in selling into North and Latin American markets.
• Native or fluent Spanish and fluent English required.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of activity while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across the Americas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
