Marketing Intern (Web Development)

Purpose

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Intern (Web Development) to assist with website content migration, data categorization, and import processes as part of our ongoing digital projects. This role offers hands-on experience in web content management and provides exposure to industry-leading platforms, including Webflow and Monday.com.

Essential Duties/ Responsibilities

• Support the import of structured content into designated website content management system.
• Assist in organizing and categorizing website data for migration.
• Source and organize imagery to update website content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on consistency and accuracy in web content.
• Learn and implement best practices for web content management.
• Track progress of content migration, imports, and overall project tasks, ensuring timely updates and alignment with project goals.
• Provide general support to the marketing team as needed.

Role Requirements

• Eagerness to learn web platforms such as Webflow and Monday.com.
• Basic understanding of spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.) and ability to manage structured data.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and ability to organize large sets of information.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
• Willingness to meet in office once a week.
