Purpose
Provide high-level administrative support to the Interim Dean and coordinate faculty affairs activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant academic HR processes. Uphold professionalism and maintain a welcoming, service-oriented working environment.
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the Interim Dean, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, and preparing expense reimbursements
Support faculty HR and review processes including recruitment, appointments, onboarding, annual reviews, reappointments, promotion, and tenure
Assist in coordinating faculty committees, meetings, and communications, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking action items, and creating briefing materials
Maintain organized digital records; ensure confidentiality; follow university procedures
Coordinate on policy matters with other units across campus
Assist with special projects and cross-unit initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in an administrative role in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential inf
