12- month part-time contract with possibility to extend. C. 15 hours per week with flexibility
As Admin/Finance Student Worker, you will work closely with our Administration Manager to deliver excellent support to the marketing teams, while also supporting our finance partner on various projects. You will be exposed to many different functions and have a unique opportunity to experience how one of the largest pharma companies in the world operates.
In this role you will…
- Create purchase orders for equipment, client visits etc.
- Archive contracts and track speaker payments
- Archive new contracts, push contracts to review. Monitor demand alongside the Compliance team
- Manage vendor creations and changes
- Order equipment for employees and assist with onboarding
- Complete ad-hoc tasks for Finance and Administration – e.g. Checking credit notes on price changes and assisting with reporting
Why you?
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current student studying a relevant subject (e.g. business, Finance, Economics)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and a strong track record of meeting deadlines
- Fluent in English and Danish or Swedish, speaking and writing
