PROJECT MANAGER

As a Project Manager with CR architecture + design you will serve as a critical team member, driving all aspects of the project from: client proposals, project budgets, scheduling, creating & updating project plans, kick-off meetings, oversight of consultant coordination, presentations, on-going client contact, managing deliverables, design & construction documents, specifications, bidding, permitting, CA, site visits, RFI's, submittals, code research and QC of all phases.

As our Project Manager, you'll, not only oversee the project from start to finish, but along the way...

• Deliver projects that ensure client satisfaction, quality control and profitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with your clients based on exceptional customer service, trust, value, and expertise
• Provide consistent and clear communication to project team, clients and consultants while managing client expectations
• Understand the strengths of each member on your team and delegating tasks appropriately
• Motivate & Mentor your project team, making sure they understand how their role affects the project's and CR's success, and leading them to achieve a common goal

WHAT YOU NEED

• 10-20 years' experience in the AEC field in a Project Manager capacity
• Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following market sectors: retail, higher ed, residential, office, hospitality, public safety and or mixed-use.
• Team player, experience in producing CD in Revit and/or AutoCAD, able to jump in on projects to help with drawings or modeling, if needed
