VIP Holiday Photos is hiring an Area Coach to help lead the magic of the Christmas season! This is a seasonal leadership role perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced environments, love mentoring teams, and want to be part of something joyful and memorable.

🎄 What You’ll Do:

As an Area Coach, you’ll oversee 2–4 mall photo set locations, supporting Site Managers and seasonal staff to deliver high-quality guest experiences with Santa. You’ll be the go-to for troubleshooting, coaching, and ensuring each location meets VIP standards.

• Supervise daily operations across assigned malls during the Christmas season

• Support Site Managers with staffing, scheduling, inventory, and daily deposit tracking

• Conduct on-site visits to coach teams, resolve issues, and reinforce training

• Monitor compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and brand standards

• Communicate regularly with the District/Regional Manager to report progress, challenges, and wins

• Step in to assist with photo set operations when needed—lead by example!

🎁 What We’re Looking For:

• Experience managing multiple retail or event locations preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills—you know how to motivate and support teams

• Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving and process improvement

• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between assigned malls

• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and peak holiday hours
