We are looking for an Account Executive, Paid Media to join our best-in-class Healthcare team.  This Account Executive will help to establish the strategic vision for a number of client initiatives.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive, Paid Media to support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns for our pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in omnichannel media strategy, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless campaign execution. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in paid media, a passion for healthcare marketing, and an ability to navigate the complexities of pharmaceutical advertising regulations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across digital, social, programmatic, search (SEM), and other integrated digital media channels in the healthcare space, including, but not limited to endemic, HCP channels, video, etc.
  • Support digital media planning efforts by conducting research, gathering audience insights, and contributing to strategic recommendations for pharma and healthcare clients.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative, and analytics, to ensure paid media campaigns align with brand objectives and regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist in managing campaign budgets and vendor invoicing, ensuring accurate pacing and reporting.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports and actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with media vendors and platform partners to stay ahead of industry trends, emerging ad technologies, and best practices.
  • Support client communication, providing updates and insights on campaign performance and optimizations.

EXPERIENCE THAT CONTRIBUTES TO SUCCESS:

  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare paid media planning and execution, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Foundational understanding of paid media channels, including digital (social, programmatic, display, search, endemic, video/OTT. Traditional media planning and experience (print, broadcast out-of-home) is beneficial, but not required.
  • Experience working with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and DSPs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical advertising regulations and experience working within MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review processes is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Mediaocean (or equivalent) and analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience working in and contributing to an inclusive and collaborative environment.
  • Ability to push the envelope and think outside the box.
