Senior Product Manager - Fleet

At Hertz, we are at the forefront of innovation, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to build the best fleet management technologies in the transportation industry. We want the brightest AI & ML minds to join our Fleet Product Team to help us develop and/or maintain capabilities such as:
- Vehicle Diagnostics via Machine Vision & Telematics: Utilize computer vision and other techniques to accurately detect and assess vehicle servicing needs in real-time.
- Service Automation: Automate and optimize the routing of vehicle servicing needs to maximize fleet health and availability.
- Partner Services: Utilize computer vision, LLMs, and other techniques to rationalize quality of services and cost to hold partners accountable and improve performance over time.
- Damage Remediation: Create the most fair, transparent, and simple damage remediation processes in the industry for renters.
What You’ll Do:
- Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning with company goals and market needs.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in ML, telematics, and vehicle diagnostics.
- Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on customer feedback and business objectives.
- Feature Development: Oversee the ideation, definition, development, testing, launch, and monitoring of features end-to-end.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of cutting-edge technologies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, challenges, and successes, fostering transparency and trust.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to service partners and customers, ensuring they can effectively use the product.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree; Prefer an MBA or advanced degree in business, engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of end-to-end product management experience (e.g. vision setting, product definition, trade off making, testing, release management, measurement / feature enhancement, etc.)
