Job Description:

What You'll Do

Responsible for managing a team that performs advanced analytics and provides intelligence and recommendations to solve business issues to business partners. This candidate must have a strong technical background, significant experience in managing teams, and the ability to solve complex issues using Python, SAS, and SQL. Conducts advanced analytic analyses including both qualitative and quantitative to identify trends, variations, patterns, and insights.

Ensures team members produce accurate and on-time delivery of analyses and recommendations. Develops and coaches' teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee.

How You'll Do It

• Responsible for managing a team that performs advanced analytics and provides intelligence and recommendations to solve business issues to business partners. Conducts advanced analytic analyses including both qualitative and quantitative to identify trends, variations, patterns, and insights. Ensures team members produce accurate and on-time delivery of analyses and recommendations.

• Provides thought leadership & strategic thinking to translate business problem into analytical framework(s), and independently recommend actions and provide business insights. Leads the development and implementation of advanced analytics including customer segmentation, optimization, prescriptive analytics and machine learning algorithm & recommendation to solve business problems.

• Presents findings from analyses and makes recommendations to leadership.

• Partners with leadership to ensure understanding of requirements and performance levers for each analysis.

• Collaborates with cross-functional partners to understand their business needs, formulate and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables and presentations. Delivers effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of leadership, creates visual displays of quantitative information. Facilitate implementation of work product and ensure accuracy.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python coding, SAS, and SQL

Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics
 

• Ph.D. in Statistics, Economics, Engineering or Information Technology

• 6+ years Modeling experience or related, including prior people management experience

• In Lieu of Education 8+ years Modeling experience or related, including a master's degree

• In Lieu of Education 10+ years Modeling experience or related, including a bachelor's degree
