Senior Representative, Media Affidavit

Job Description:

Role Summary/Purpose:

The Senior Representative, Media Affidavit"  is an essential onsite non-exempt role responsible for daily management of Media and Affidavit validation in compliance with corporate policies and procedures.  The Media and Affidavit Representative also works to retrieve and fulfill documentation for our 3rd party suppliers and provides support to internal and external key stakeholders.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Validate affidavits in accordance with written procedures and checklists utilizing DM10, I2R, Content Navigator and FDR

• Provide document fulfillment for buyers, agencies and attorneys including, but not limited to, billing statements, applications, terms and conditions, sales slips and media packets utilizing FDR, On Demand, and I2R

• Image documents to adhere to all corporate retention policies 

• Attend on-going training, provide feedback to procedure owners for any system issues and bring concerns and issues to management

• Drive a “Great Place to Work” culture

• Perform others duties and/or special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum 6 plus months’ experience in an office environment or 6 months Financial Service/Banking Industry

• Work experience with handling/processing business documents

• Work experience with Microsoft Office programs

• This role supports an essential onsite process and requires the flexibility to work in the office 

Desired Characteristics:

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate initiative in completing tasks

• Possess or be willing to obtain Florida Notary Public

• Self-motivated and strong organizational skills

• Proven analytical abilities and attention to details 

• Demonstrated ability to implement new procedures/programs

• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision

• Experience with meeting deadlines and performance measurements

• Ability to focus clearly on duties assigned without distractions

• Proficient PC Skills (Word, Excel, Zip files, Adobe)

Grade/Level: 05

The hourly rate range for this position is $22.00 - $28.50/hr USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

Eligibility Requirements:

• You must be 18 years or older

• You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

• You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

• You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

• New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles.  Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles.  Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post.  All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
