This pivotal role will oversee a globally dispersed team of Regional Culture and Engagement Specialists and work closely with Human Resources (HR) and leadership teams to ensure the delivery of culture and engagement initiatives across the organization. The position will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key internal stakeholders, guiding specialists to execute enterprise-wide initiatives, and ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational goals and our values and behaviors.

Position Responsibilities:
Lead a team of globally dispersed Regional Culture and Engagement Specialists, providing support, guidance, and direction to ensure team alignment and success
Serve as the point of contact for the team, facilitating communication, collaboration, and resource sharing across multiple time zones and regions
Ensure that all specialists are effectively executing their responsibilities while maintaining a consistent approach to culture whilst reflecting the nuances across different geographies
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, leadership, and department heads, to understand their needs and ensure alignment with the culture and engagement approach
Act as the key liaison between the Enterprise Culture and Engagement team and other departments, ensuring that initiatives are communicated and implemented effectively
Understand and respond to the needs of various employee groups by tailoring initiatives to meet cultural, regional, and organizational requirements
Oversee the planning and execution of global employee experience projects, ensuring all aspects of the initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Utilize employee feedback, engagement surveys, and other data to make informed decisions and adjustments to global strategies and programs
Provide insights to leadership about employee experience trends and metrics across different regions
Track and measure the success of global employee experience initiatives, ensuring that the team meets Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives
The selected individual will have:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate with stakeholders across the business
Ability to align global culture and engagement initiatives with business goals and cultural considerations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use it to inform decision-making and drive improvements
Understand cultural differences and ability to adapt strategies to suit diverse teams and regions
Ability to identify challenges and implement creative solutions to improve employee experience outcomes
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of in HR or Employee Relations (including employee experience and relationship management
5+ years of experience working with global teams with an understanding of regional employee needs and cultural differences
Experience in a leadership role leading global teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
Experience with employee engagement tools, survey platforms, or HR management software
Experience with project management tools and platforms
