Work within a collaborative, tight-knit environment where peer consultation and interdisciplinary support are part of the daily rhythm.</p> </li> </ul> <h2><strong>Position Summary</strong></h2> <p>Centria’s Licensed Clinical Psychologist should have a specialization in early identification, screening, diagnosis, and treatment of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders from birth through 21 years. The Licensed Psychologist will be well-trained, possess a PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology, school psychology, or a related field, and have completed an APA-accredited internship and postdoctoral fellowship. This role should have clinical training/background in early intervention programs, the administration of multiple standardized assessments, including the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule – Second Edition (ADOS-2).</p> <h3><strong>Compensation</strong></h3> <p>Earn a base salary of $125,000–$145,000.</p> <h3><strong>Success Measures</strong></h3> <p>Success measures include adherence to Centria policies, quality standards, compliance with company and payor requirements, and meeting or exceeding personal qualitative and/or quantitative key performance indicator (KPI) metrics (e.g., productivity goals).</p> <h3><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ol> <li>Conduct comprehensive
