Navy Strike Group Training - Senior Mentor-Staff Battle Rhythm - C5I/KM

SOLUTE, Inc., a Sigma Defense Systems company, is in search of former Senior Naval Officers, with Strike Group Staff and Knowledge Management experience, for a part-time position mentoring and training deploying strike group staffs during Fleet Synthetic Training (FST) events at Tactical Training Group Pacific. Do you have experience implementing or lecturing on Strike Group staff management, C5I-KM principles, doctrine, Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) as part of operations or training with Naval Carrier Strike Group, Expeditionary Strike Group, Fleet Staff or Major Training Command Staff? SOLUTE has an immediate fill for a part-time Senior mentor and train Strike Group staff personnel during FST. Requirements

• Must have an active SECRET clearance.
• Broad technical background, knowledge, skills and experience in Navy Strike Group operations from a Senior Officer perspective including C5I and Knowledge Management doctrine, principles, and processes within a Navy Strike Group.
• In depth experience implementing or lecturing C5I-KM principles, doctrine, and TTP (Tactics, Techniques and Procedures) as part of operations or training with Naval Carrier Strike Group, Expeditionary Strike Group, Fleet Staff or Major Training Command staff.
• Experience conducting Joint Military Operations within a strike group.
• Bachelor's Degree, no specific discipline.
