As a Manager, Technology Compliance you’ll coordinate the IT SOX compliance efforts with IT Control and System Owners and provide successful relationships with XPO SOX, Internal Audit, and External Auditors.  The Manager Technology Compliance will work with teams to create plans, execute required controls, and monitor the effectiveness of the IT SOX program.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Deliver IT SOX and Governance Risk and Compliance control reviews and audits.
• Manage internal IT controls reviews, audit, and compliance engagements.
• Provide consulting with internal audit and SOX team for global risk assessment process.
• Manage internal controls audit/compliance activities and updates with business partners.
• Provide consulting and IT SOX, internal controls, and compliance training to IT teams.
• Coordinate with IT leadership and others for key global risks and plans to support risks.
• Execute continuous monitoring and data analysis audit activities.
• Execute IT Controls or support internal audit investigations as needed.
• Collaborate and coordinate geographically dispersed project teams and business stakeholders to deliver internal IT audit efforts. 
• Identify opportunities and best practices for continual process improvements for Information security initiatives.

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 5 years of IT in a medium to large-scale systems environment.
• 3 years management or lead experience for audit or controls experience supporting Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) financial or IT systems.
• Experience with executing audit frameworks (COSO 2013, COBIT, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized, and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
• Experience collaborating with teams in different geographies and cultures.
• Proactive, high-energy individual with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently without constant detailed direction.
• Excellent communication skills and can collaborate well with peers and business users,
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency.

It’d be great if you also have:

• Knowledge of and/or certifications in IT service management (ITIL, ISO/IEC 20000), project management, Sarbanes Oxley and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
• Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Skills to motivate and drive a team of business and IT professionals.
