About the role:

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Director of Food and Beverage who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. The Director of Food and Beverage forms part of the Resort Leadership team who collectively make key strategic and operational decisions for the Resort.

What you will do:

• Coordinate the selection, training, development, and evaluation of employees and managers in the Food & Beverage Division through effective management and leadership to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; long-range strategic planning for outlet operation.

• Control labor and operating expenses through effective planning, budgeting, purchasing decisions, policy making, and inventory control while focusing on creative cost control and revenue generation solutions to maximize profit in the division and hotel.

• Be visible in the operation, recognize and maintain relationships with regular guests as well as cultivate relationships with new patrons through effective marketing and personal relationships.

• Work closely with the General Manager and Planning Committee to design an effective menus, wine lists, and amenity options while ensuring excellent product quality at a fair price.

What you bring:

• Applicants are highly recommended to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Food and Beverage management. 

• A Hospitality Management Degree qualification is preferred, however, not essential with relevant experience.

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Schedule & Hours:

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities, and be willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote teamwork. This may include evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Some travel may be required.
