Senior Business Consultant: Contractor

Kaizen Analytix LLC, an analytics consulting services and product firm that gives clients unmatched speed to value through analytics solutions and actionable business insights, is seeking candidates for a Senior Business Consultant contractor with experience in the storage industry for our Consulting Services team. The role will require a 20 hour a week commitment for approximately 8 weeks.

As the Senior Business Consultant, you will play a key role in working with the client to define their future system transformation and AI roadmap. This role will include on-site client collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Candidate will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with business leaders to identify systems and AI requirements to support strategic initiatives.
• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Working both independently and collaboratively with a team
• Communicating business needs effectively to technical teams.
• Providing strong presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Driving change within an organization.
• Gaining buy-in from stakeholders and managing resistance

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Data Analytics, Engineering or related degree preferred; MBA is a plus
• Experience: 10+ years of work experience is required.
• Deep understanding of the storage industry, including key trends and challenges required
• Familiarity with business processes and operations in the storage sector required
• Core Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills; mindset of “own it all the way”
• Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Working knowledge of Data
• Demonstrated experience in driving organizational change and fostering collaboration between business and technical teams.
