Job Description:

The Baylor Soccer student worker role requires a high work ethic to fulfill the dynamic workplace duties of an elite NCAA team.

Responsibilities of the student worker position will include operational duties, such as practice preparation, team laundry, delivery management, and other tasks that fall within the operations of a NCAA Division 1 soccer program.

The qualifications for this position require student workers in good health, which includes the ability to lift heavy objects and spend hours on feet. Other experiences that would set an applicant apart includes personal experience of soccer at a high level and video editing skills.

The pay range includes student status and time in student worker position.

  • Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility 
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients  
  • Ability to prioritize and take initiative 
  • Assist with various projects, activities and tasks related to business operations 
  • Ability to comply with University policies  
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
