Leveraging your insurance domain expertise alongside strong technical and/or project management capabilities, you will lead and coordinate key activities across system design, development, testing, and deployment. You will also manage stakeholder engagement, oversee change management processes, ensure alignment with business objectives, and drive continuous improvement throughout the transformation lifecycle.</p><p>Your background may include roles such as claims handler, IT business analyst, system implementation specialist, or similar positions within insurance. Experience in project management, test management, product management, or software development is highly valued. While not mandatory, familiarity with AI and cloud technologies is considered an advantage.</p><p>This role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your expertise across both business and technology domains by contributing to IT-driven transformation projects that help clients modernize operations and adopt emerging technologies. You will work alongside experienced consultants and industry experts in a dynamic consulting environment.</p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Your core responsibilities will typically be: </p><ul><li>Lead workstreams or smaller projects within large-scale IT core transformation projects/programs </li><li>Design, establish, and manage PMO functions to support large-scale transformations </li><li>Engage and manage key stakeholders to enhance our understanding of client needs and build lasting relationships </li><li>Ensure continuous alignment between project delivery and enterprise strategies</li><li>Drive core project management activities, including planning, reporting, resource and risk management, budgeting, and financial oversight</li><li>Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers business stakeholders and vendors</li><li>Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>1–3 years of professional experience within the insurance sector</li><li>Graduate degree and proficiency in technology and business disciplines</li><li>Relevant experience in system implementation, IT business analysis, system analysis, claims handling, insurance advisory, or similar operational roles</li><li>Demonstrated interest or experience in IT transformations, project management, test management, product management, requirements management, data migration, software development, ITIL, and agile methodologies</li><li>Understanding of end-to-end insurance related business processes</li><li>Proven ability to collaborate effectively within team-oriented, client-facing environments</li><li>Strong motivation to learn and develop professionally in a fast-paced consulting setting</li><li>Basic knowledge and keen interest in AI and cloud technologies is considered an advantage</li><li>Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to leverage these tools effectively in a professional context</li><li>Professional proficiency in Swedish and English, both oral and written</li><li>Flexibility to travel as required</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p><p><strong>We offer </strong></p><p>At Deloitte, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop throughout their career.
